Who can participate in the campaign?
Children currently undergoing oncological treatment (during chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or
maintenance therapy at home) in the hospitals covered by the campaign can participate.

How can I enrol my child in the campaign?
To enrol your child, please obtain a verification code from the hospital ward, write a
letter to Santa Claus, take a photo of it, and then fill out the application form on the
Paczka na Gwiazdkę website.

Until when can children be enrolled in the campaign?
The application deadline is 24 November.

Do I need to provide both a home address and a parcel locker address?
Yes, please provide both addresses—in the case of larger parcels, shipping will be to the
home address.

Why do you need a phone number and email address?
They are essential for contacting you regarding the letter and dispatching the package.

Do I have to provide a link to the chosen gift?
It's not required, but providing a link will make it easier for the donor to purchase the
appropriate gift.

What value should the gift have?
We recommend choosing a gift worth up to 300 PLN to enable the fulfilment of wishes for all
enrolled children.

Do I have to send a photo of my child with the gift?
Sending a photo is not required, although it is a nice gesture towards the donor. The photo
is shared only with the person who fulfilled your child's letter.

Do I have to buy all the items listed in the letter?
The child has a limit of 300 PLN, so if the list exceeds this amount, it is sufficient to
choose items within the budget.

Do I have to buy exactly the products listed in the letter?
If the child has provided a link or an exact description of their dream gift, please
purchase the specified items to avoid disappointment.

Can I include additional gifts?
Yes, you can include books, games, soft toys, etc., suitable for the child's age.

Can I add sweets to the package?
Yes, you can include sweets in the package.

Where can I find the address for sending the package?
The address will be available in the "MY RESERVATIONS" section after you submit a photo of
the prepared package.

By when do I have to send the package?
You should dispatch the package by 11 December at the latest, to ensure it arrives on time.

Will I receive confirmation that the package has been received?
Yes, the status will change to "delivered" on the website.

Can I see a photo of the child with the gift?
If the parents decide to send a photo of the child with the gift, it will be visible in the
"MY RESERVATIONS" section.

What should I do if I cannot fulfil the reserved letter?
Please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible, so the letter can be reserved by
someone else.

Can I make a donation instead of buying a gift?
Yes, you can make a donation at
zrzutka.pl/paczkanagwiazdke.
We will use the collected funds to fulfil the letters that do not find their Santas.

What happens if the gift doesn't arrive on time?
In exceptional circumstances, it is acceptable for the package to reach the child after the
deadline. The most important thing is that the wish is fulfilled.

Can I reserve a letter while living outside Poland?
Yes. We can provide you with the child's address earlier, so you can order a gift directly
from a store with delivery to the child.
